The cold winter is now over. It was a very cold winter in Vegas. We had the coldest temps since February 2002. Many morning found it below freezing and the days did not get out of the 40'S.
Now we are back into some nice weather and it looks like it will stay with us, with no more real cold temps till fall and winter.

With much cooler temperatures over the past few days and forecast temps to be in the 80's through the weekend, it looks as if we may have seen the last of the triple digit readings for the year.
The last 100 degree plus day this year was September 12th when the mercury rose to 101 degrees. Last year we recorded our last triple digit reading for the year on September 8th.
